Intuit has contracted with TalentWave to provide Consolidating Billing Services for classified ICs (Independent Contractors) and Suppliers. All classified ICs and Suppliers will enjoy expedient invoice processing through TalentWave’s Consolidated Billing Service. To receive consistent and timely payments, ICs and Suppliers are required to complete the following Forms and Agreements.

Complete and fax all forms directly to TalentWave at (650) 378-4159:

• Background Release
• Direct Deposit Authorization (IC)
